The high-temperature heat transfer oil pump has been repeatedly designed and improved by our company's technical department. Practical experiments have proven that our company's latest generation of high-temperature heat transfer oil pump can completely eliminate medium leakage under normal use! Especially for media with strong permeability such as media similar to carbon nine oil.
Introduction to the structure of high-temperature heat transfer oil pump
The hot oil pump has a single-stage cantilever structure divided into foot supports and center supports. The inlet of the pump is axially suctioned, and the outlet is vertically upward from the center. The pump and drive motor are mounted on the same base through elastic couplings. The entire unit does not require a cooling system.
The high-temperature heat transfer oil pump is mainly composed of a shell, a rotor, a bearing, a seal, and other parts. It adopts a packing seal structure and an additional temperature-resistant oil seal, which acts as an auxiliary seal. The pump and motor are connected by a three-claw elastic coupling.
High-temperature thermal oil pump This pump changes the structure of the traditional hot oil pump in design. It adopts natural heat dissipation cooling method, reducing the volume of the pump, making the structure simple, saving operating costs, safe and reliable.
